Greggory Cates
Chief Executive Officer/Founder
Visionary Leader in Sustainable Civilization Design
With 15+ years in sustainable development and 25 years in engineering, Greggory combines scientific expertise with business acumen. His education includes an MBA in International Business/Strategy and a Master's in International Agricultural Development (UC Davis).
As Chief Scientist, he's conducted groundbreaking research from mosquito control systems to mine dump conversions, presenting at UNESCO and international energy conferences. Currently managing multi-million dollar projects while leading Global Citizen's innovative portfolio.
Kimberley Graham
Chief Operations Officer/Director of GSD
Kimberley Graham joined Global Citizen in 2012, providing a myriad of support for the various and ongoing projects. In conjunction with wearing multiple hats (and titles), she has a combined 30+ years of administrative and construction experience in both public and private sectors. Like Greggory, Kimberley is an entrepreneurial creator and innovator in her own right. She currently holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and plans to attend law school in hopes of securing a JD in the field of Intellectual Property and Indigenous Knowledge.

Brian Caldwell
Director of IT
Brian comes to Global Citizen with 20+ years of providing legal assistance and administrative support in a local law office. Among his many talents, Brian is extremely proficient in technological operations and specializes in computer system installations and integration in addition to coding and web development. Brian is also highly trained and skilled in advanced communications.
Reza Sadan
Managing Director of GC Energy, South Africa
Mr. Sadan manages Global Citizen’s subsidiary company based in Cape Town, and oversees our South Africa operations. Mr. Sadan has been an integral part of Global Citizen since 2019, helping to establish our presence in the Western Cape, and continues to provide opportunities to expand our footprint in and around the country.
